What is the process to raise a technical complaint and get it resolved successfully?
I have couple of issues like faulty landline, JioCall not working, etc. Wanted to get those fixed before Sep 5.
Called up Customer Care and registered a complaint. Took more than half an hour to get the complaint registered. Nobody called me after that. When checking MyJio app after a day or two, saw that complaint has been CLOSED. Issues were not resolved!
Called up again, raised another complaint. Same thing... complaint closed without any communication!
Called up 3rd time, booked complaint. Waiting..
What is the process to escalate issues? I'm literally pi&&ed off with the experience.
