How to get all four speakers working on Windows 8.1?

My motherboard is MSI H87M-G43. I have a Creative 4.1 set. I have both the wires (black and green) connected at the back ports. Only two speakers work. What to do?

I switched to 5.1 setting and the other two might have started working but the end result is a mess. God damn. I messed up the sound... 🙁

I think you need a speaker header to insert one lead to it.
Back panel would have inputs like so you need another output via header connector to be able to use 2 sets of headphone jacks.
AUX ||SPK|| MIC
I may be wrong but my junk head can think of this only.
