How to get a PVC Aadhaar Card for Rs. 50 from UIDAI?

Offtopic - anyone tried to get their picture updated in aadhar? I have a horrible one and want to update it. 😶
 
I ordered a PVR aadhar card on June 20, 2021 and paid through BHIM UPI and payment was successful, but 2 days later when I tried checking status of the PVC card print, It says “Payment Failed”

I have sent an email(2 days ago) to uidai support email id but received no response, I dont even know if they will reply !!

Is there any other way to get UIDAI look into this and get it sorted ?

Forget to update this. I received it in mid-June. The postmaster had marked the parcel delivered without even delivering. I got it after a week by raising a complaint about the same.
 
So placed an order last night and now it shows printed and dispatched.
Any idea when I will receive the AwB number?
 
@mikrotik Actually I didn't receive any tracking number from uidai. I got an SMS from Indian post about the article when it was in the nearest post office. At first I was clueless what article is this then I remembered.
