BsnL has capped my 3G speed to 20 kBps1. Is there any way to get back those blazing speeds of 300 kBps....2. If i do a recharge of rs. 10 (for 1 day 3G pack) and then for rs. 98 (30 day 2G pack) , will i get those speeds :huh::huh::huh:
