For iPhone's you cannot enable CA or band lock from your side. If Vi/Airtel/Jio tower supports CA then your phone gets it automatically from tower.
For some Vi sims I have observed that if you are using very old sims (idea or Vodafone) then CA don't work, so then replace it with new Vi sim this may resolve the issue for CA.
Thanks a lot for your reply, Devang. Can you tell me how do I check if CA is enabled for me? I get 2-3 Mbps speeds on Vi in Mumbai during the day. Is this normal?
For iPhones you can use (star3001#12345#star) this code (type this code in phone app where you enter number to call and then press call button) to access Field Test Mode. Inside this you can find CA status.
