How to do Video call with Huawei UMG1831 ?

Hi Guys!! i am using UMG 1831 from last 1 year or so. I never tried for voice/video calling as these were not in my priority list .But sooner or later i started to look for it. Today i am able to make a VIDEO CALL successfully but not the voice call. Strange but true. Mobile partner version is 16.001.06.01.500 fakiro.

I've never been able to make video calls from Mobile Partner. Voice calls work perfectly!
