How to disable subscription?

Which ever thread i comment, i'm automatically get subscribed to that thread and i start receiving email alerts which is very annoying!i searched in settings but didn't found any option to disable these subscription alerts!i'm not able to access general settings, no idea why?so please can somebody help me disable subscription alerts!

Go to https://broadband.forum/profile.php?do=editoptions

Search for "Default Thread Subscription Mode", and select the option that you want in the dropdown

It is by default set to "Do Not Subscribe" then too i was getting subscribed, let see i have saved the settings again!Thanks mate 🙂

If it doesnt work, go for, "Through my control panel only" - you should stop getting mails then. I dont get any & I am in that mode.
