how to connect tv tuner card to pc and to send recorded videos to pc.

hi friends , I HAVE BIG TV DTH HD DVR CONNECTION, i have recorded some videos in it and i want the videos to be sent to pc but some members suggested to go for a tv tuner card , but my tv is of onida company which has video and audio and out put and input alugins as one yellow ,one white, one red plugins for output and one yellow ,one white, one red plugins for input . how can i connect it through tv tuner card. iam in hyderabad. can some one suggest where this tv tuner card is available and which is best tv tuner card for high quality. can someone tell me how to connect tv tuner card to pc and tv . pleazzzzzzzzz. it will be very useful to me.
 
You need to have TV tuner card on your PC so that you can connect your DVR to it.
