How to connect to tikona from two different locations

Hi Friends,Tikona's website says that we can connect to wifi from anywhere, provided the area must have tikona coverage.today i checked it practically, i was unable to connect tikona from two locations simultaneously..when i tried to connect it displayed..Login Failed: you connect start a session on this network... i was able to use the selfcare portal though.and there was no problem to use internet when i switched off the router in the other place..any experienced guys..help me out to connect to tikona from two locations simultaneously
