hello, i was told that metro ethernet via reliance uses a dynamic IP, but an app in Netgear jnr1010, which tests the settings of internet provided to us automatically, says that my internet uses a static IP and asks for the same. But since CC asked me to configure it using dynamic settings, i did the same. However, it's not working. I also tried to use the MAC address of my computer in place of the router's MAC address. it still doesn't work. Do you have any suggestions?
