I registered for bsnl ftth last Saturday yesterday some guys come and laid the cable to my home Today I will get my ont modem and complete the connection. I'm opting for ₹1277 plan. So I was wondering how do I complain to bsnl if there is any problem via their ivr service or website both need my landline number to register my complaint and I didn't get a number for ftth

Any solutions for this If I directly complain via the exchange no will come from my previous experience so I need either IVR or website to complain
