How to check BSNL FTTH usage using mobile?

Is there any method to check BSNL ftth usage in mobile phone?

And you maybe noticed already, for some days , selfcare portal, selfcare.bsnl.in is not working to check balance usage

Is there a BSNL app or something which shows usage? I think I've seen some members here post screenshots with a different UI I'm not familiar with. So just curious if there is an app or some other portal where you can see the usage.

For me only the selfcare portal works.

Interesting. It's a 3rd party app, from the looks of it, it appears to be scraping data off the fuptopup.bsnl.co.in page and making it pretty and displaying it.

Unfortunately for me, the fuptopup page itself doesn't work, have an ongoing ticket with BSNL for sometime now.

Very weird that we have o go through selfcare (if there is such option) to see the usuage ,on other hand a 3rd party app able to pull off the data usuage without login...

Probably the third party app need to connect wifi BSNL link only then it gets access, like the fuptopup page. If you try to connect via 4G SIM it may not work?

Yeah it just fetches the data from the fuptopup page. Can't be used while outside the specific BSNL network.
