I feel you should speak to the local exchange about this now itself after waiting and seeing whether the above mistake is still carried in the usage site.
 
still i don't think that any action is going to be taken unless you get the final printed bill as only after that they can take some action as per rules.it is possible that these mistakes will be corrected in the final bill you will get.after all they are updating the site & everyday they seem to correct some mistakes.
 
hmm.. are you a new user??are you using the new portal?? if so, many have problems with it.. mebbe it would rectify itself after a few days...some part of the usage is entered days after you use it!!this happens only in the new portal!!

How to check the bandwidth used and remaing bandwidth available for my account.

When i try this site Dataone WebMail it displays "No Usage Records Found For MAR-2008" 🙁

essbebe i have already tried this , i am able to log in with my portal id and password but the thing is , when i selec the month from the dropdown menu it gives "No Usage Records Found For MAR-2008".

Yes . Even in Airtel I get the details after 24 hours. Whereas in Old DATAONE ( 59.xx.xx.xx) the usage is updated immediately, and I check with DataFox/ in Firefox up to the last connection. today. Better to use the B/W meters suggested and cross check for accuracy. You can use one for Day and another for NU ( if free)

i've much confusion in checking dataone usage since start... my plan iPlan : home500 they are showing total usage including night hours.. anyway i can check total usage excuding nighthours? [2-8am] so that i can know how much bandwidth is left out of 2.5gb monthly?
 
hi, i do not calim that this is a very easy way for everyone...
and i do not calim that this is only way to calculate....
and i am not programmer, so i can not make any piece of software for the purpose.....

but anyway, this is what i am doing.....

what u need
1. openoffice.org v 2 or higher
2. opera v 9 or higher

let's start......

use opera browser, go to BSNL - Broadband Account Management then check your usage check as usual...when usage page fully loded for desired month..click first entry of usage, "sl no 1" hold left mosue butten and go to the end of the total usage entry, u can press spage bar to speed up the process. this way all data usage can be selected.




now right click on selected area and click on copy..



open openoffice.org 2.2's calc sheet given here

select A4 field on sheet 1, right click on cell and click paste, and then in "text import" click ok...




in O , P , R , S column u can get the download between NU time and without NU time.


password for cell modification is onlytest

for february month my portal shows data transfer is 75092 MBytes, here this calculation shows 621.25MBytes as charged usage and 74471.18MBytes as free data transfer.

for january month my portal shows 133524MBytes and this calculation shows 2099.91Mbytes as charged and 131425.04 MBytes as free data transfer

for december month 63206MBytes is from portal, and 927.18MBytes for charged/ 62255MBytes for free was given by this calculation.
