no not at all.

in order to change password you must use another log on name and password at the time of change. You may use your old dial up connection to log on to the website and change the password

Will it work, because the dataone.in page states you should log on froma dataone connection only. Have you tried and changed pw?

No! the dialup connection does not allow you to login into this site (have tried `VSNL', `Satyam' BSNL.. dial-up). One has to login using the broadband services only. And yes, the form does not work with the `Firefox' browser

hi ppl

i m new to this forum,i like in here cuz BSNL help officer's are soooooo dumb  , they don't know abt anything here in bhopal(MP)

but anyway i had the same problem,so
(what i did) here is my sugestion

accept all cookies ( in IE) ,
turnoff the firewall (if u have), THEN
change the pw  in http://10.240.43.216/webLogin.jsp.
then change the pw of the BSNL modem too ,i guess u know how to do so.(then only net will work)

ok try it.
