REF:MyDataOne - UT Star 300R2U ADSL Modem/Router
1.If internet connection is Ok now clear cache/temp files etc in IE and try again. admin/admin
2.Check start run type cmd type ipconfig/all
ensure default gateway is 192.168.1.1
3.try again.
4. Still unable to open modem reset for 30 seconds for factory settings, and follow procedure in above link given by cool_techie_tvm earlier.
Instead of Bridged select PPPoE/PPPoA button.
Another page will open to enter your userID ( without @ bsnl.in ) and password.
Select "alwayson " and Idle time 0 . Save and reboot.
If all OK make/take screen shots of all modem pages.
