I called 1504, The girl has redirected me to call 12540 , I call there but the line is down for some work, then I call 1504 three times again, but i get disconected , So I call 1500 and ask for alternate number for 12540, she says that that is only the number for speed complaint and that call after 10am, there is some maintainance work.Now waiting for 10am-10.30 to call 12540 and I suggest you also call there, tell them your not getting 2mbps because line rate is low or something.I got message from x720, that it should be 2550kbps downstream then we will get 2Mbps actual speed. So even I am not getting proper.
