How to change DNS Server in BSNL FTTH Router Alphion 100c

I have an alphoin 100c router for my ftth connection and it is set to BSNL DNS which I found very slow how to change to cloudfare DNS ?

assuming it cannot be changed in the router itself... you should still be able to set it up on individual devices?

I was actually asking how to change it in the router?and I tried putting private DNS on my phone as cloudflare but not as fast as using cloudflare app. So I also wanted to know how to change it in your devices

Yeah, it is locked ,thought of changing pppoe to static but didn't work

I have a router and I have changed it to dynamic IP and has given Ben the cloudflare DNS but didn't make a change

Don't know if this is the right place to ask, but I'll ask anyway. I pinged both google dns and cloudflare dns. cloudflare had lesser latency. Does this mean using cloudflare dns will give me better experience?

In theory yes. Dns queries are also cached locally so it's not like it would make much difference. Pick the one that feels faster.
