I tried to change BSNL broadband taiff plan online via bsnlselfcare portal...but it is showing error "please select service id" i selected service id...any solution?
I got the same error message while trying to change my plan online. So I had to submit a request letter for change of plan addressed to the "BSNL Commercial Officer" of your local exchange. It takes 1-2 days to take effect.
