How to block online Whatsapp calls (or Any VOIP calls)?

How can i block internet based calls on router or mobile phones?

Router level ans: can't.
You can try blocking all possible whatsapp domains. But that's it.
Mobile: not sure

I really wish that the WhatsApp didn't add the status and call feature. Easily killing data.
