Hey guys I have a JioPhone (First Generation) I have pretty old WhatsApp chats in it. I want to take a backup of it and put it on my smartphone. Is there any way to do it? I tried request account information trick but it doesn't give me the chats back. I contacted jio care they said they'll let me know once the option gets available which I know is never going to be available. Can someone tell me what to do with my precious chats? How to preserve them?
