How to apply rental Rebate online for Bsnl?

I'm in BBG ULD 1199 Plan, my landline is dead totally for the past 7 days, and my broadband working in day time, in evening i losing the connection, that too am getting only 1 fourth of my original speed.

how can i apply for rental rebate online ? can somebody guide me the procedure ?

For me once it was down all day for atleast 15-20 days and i was told to write down an application and submit it to the sdo.. but it was full waiver of rent for those days. I don't think partial rent waiver would be feasible.

Can i apply it from the below link, it has a option called "Rent Revison" , but am not sure about that.

I have recently got rebate by bsnl by complaining on twitter. U must try it i got waiver without any hassle but u must keep in mind that u should have complain no's. If u dont do complain at time ur connection was dead u wont get rebate.

My land line no, is23771822 customer ID 3005761619 was not functioned from 18.07.2020 which was reported on 20.07.2020 vide docket no 1560308995 at Ranikuthi exchange under Jadvpur ,kolkata 700040. From 10.12.2020 my landline again ringing (alive). I do request you please allow the rental rebate for the period from 20.07.2020 to 09.12.2020 and continue the good relation with customer.
