Opnsense router is getting ip from jio fiber router (jio gw 10.10.10.1) say LAN1.
All lan and wifi devices get their ip assigned by opnsense dhcp, which is on a different subnet e.g. 10.10.20.1, say LAN2.

All LAN2 devices can ping and reach jio gw and jio router setup pages.

How to make jio router (LAN1) ping and reach LAN2 devices that are on a different subnet downstream?

Thanks

Subnet has nothing to do here. Your Jio router can't access LAN2 devices because LAN2 devices are behind a NAT, you can 1. get rid of NAT (you'll have to set custom routes) 2. punch a hole.
You should explain why? What are you exactly looking for here? If you don't want explain I'd say make use of IPv6 instead.

You can do that with IPv6 address with correct or no firewall rules. You won't have to worry about these things then or you can setup port forward thingy if you want IPv4.

will all the devices get public ipv6 or private local ipv6?
They'll not get any IPv6 address by default, unless OPNsense gets atleast /64 or you setup NAT6.
