How to access HDD connected to Jio Fiber Router from any external network?

Ok, I have a 4TB Hard disk and I have loads of data in it. I don't want to carry the same all the time. So is it possible that I connect that Hard Disk to my Jio Fiber Router via USB and then I can access the hard disk as well as data of that hard disk from any external network? If this is possible please guide me how can I do it?
