In the Control Panel u can see this
Click on View Network status and tasks
Then click on Local Area connection
In that panel click Properties
Select TCP/IPv4 option
Enter the following values
Type 192.168.1.1 in your web browser and press ENTER. It will ask for username/password. Type "admin" in both fields.
Now you can view your modem interface will all the default settings.
P.S. Interface might look different for you as it depends on the brand/model/manufacturer of the modem/router.
