@dextermorgan Last mile connectivity for BSNL FTTH is done by LCOs in many areas.
@Aswin It varies between say 20-40% of the monthly rental I think. They invite bids and probably give the contract to the lowest bidder, so it would depend on the area if there are many LCOs etc who would competitively bid.

So if your LCO has 30+ connections and all are at least on the Rs 777 plan, the LCO can make around 7k per month or so on a 30% revenue share.
