@InkTone may be dns problem. Try to change DNS server or try to disable antivirus. I have avast and sometime it slow down many website.

@supukabi No Alliance in my area but I did try out PMPL for a couple of months in 2016. There were frequent disconnections and routing issues. Probably my LCO isn't that good. Airtel only came last month. So there wasn't any better option, until recently. I think I've been using BSNL's wireline services for well about 15 years now.

@Crazyguy030601 yeah that is correct even my area I have pmpl but their service isn't that good frequent disconnection happens that's why I shifted to BSNL for stable connection. I don't have fiber in my area but dsl works pretty well. This fup is making me annoying but I think they will do something for data hungry user.
