what the time taken by mtnl guys to change the plani have applied for 849NU planthey said it will take effect from 1st March.but till now the page is showing me my previous plan.should i start downloading in the night slot from midnight of 1st March.Can anybody help me in this...
 
today is HOLI, so it might happen tomorrow. better not download anything till the plan is changed.
 
oh changed already?? i had applied for plan change too but its not changed yet on usage website.I called 1500 and lady said "plan is changed but work order status is incomplete" 😀. So i guess my plan migration is in half way stage 😀 Its changed in backend but not changed in frontend!
 
MTNL is doing well is it not?
 

yes they have streamlined every process.and flow for regular tasks are very very organized.if only their triband CC cud improve a bit. but then i have not called them from like 2yrs now so no idea if they have improved or not.
