How many days is a month in Airtel?

Whenever I recharged my plan monthly, I used to get the full month validity, i.e 30 days. In March I had done the 6 month 499 recharge as it had a discount on it. Only today I noticed that only 168 (28*6) days had been credited. When I called the customer care, they told that one month was now defined as 28 days, which I weird. Also I am from an LCO city.

So, I am asking those who have recharged recently, how many days validity have you got, on monthly and 6 month plans? Also state whether you're from postpaid or prepaid city.

It's a 30 days for a month on Airtel broadband regardless of prepaid or postpaid.
It's a bug on Airtel's side which has already been discussed on the forum.
Kindly contact customer support for a fix or at times it usually gets fixed in a few days.

Could be. What confuses me that even the customer support people are not sure. They were saying that I should get 180 days but when I pointed out that I had got 168 days, they immediately went "haan it has been changed to 28 days lol".

30 days = 1 month. It's kind of an industry standard.

call 121 then told him/her connect supervisor... tell him this issue ....
