How is this possible....??

I am new to this forum and i have some query related to my super duper MTNL connection. I am using sterlite SAM300AX modem the details are:-downstream 2080 kbps(2Mbps...........i guess)upstream 512 kbpsmy question is don't you guys think that according to the figures i mentioned shouldn't i be getting a data transfer rate above 150KBps while downloading from torrents or any such stuffs..............??But i am getting only 60-65 KBps while downloading from any sources whatsoever.........why...??:huh:
 
i think u are on 512 Kbps plan.... MTNL has now binded the speed to the account plan...even if they may sync ur adsl line to 20 Mbps all u can practically get is according to your plan...
