How is Reliance broadband performance

Can anybody help me understand the performance of the Reliance broadband service? If I were to buy a 512 KbPS connection, what kind of bandwidth can I expect? I found that some of the ISPs are not able to provide even 50% of what I pay for.Any information is appreciated.
 
First let them lauch the service and then i will be able to suggest
