Does anyone here use Rajan Net Broadband Services cable internet? I want to know how reliable it is?

Friend in Chembur has a Bhawani Hathway internet connection & there are problems each and every day. And he is looking for either a backup or an alternative.

He is looking at the 4Mbps connection? How reliable is Rajannet - downtime/speed?

I shifted recently to Tilak Nagar. using Rajan Net, it has good download speed, great for youtube. No downtime since connection (25days past).
But very bad for gaming, no LAN, IT is dumb.
