How does one file a FIR for harassment?

This guy Dejan who was banned on the forum seems to find it funny to call me using different numbers abusing me. Now I have two choices. I can keep on blocking these numbers like I have been doing for so many months or I can file a police complaint and hope they take care of him. I am now considering taking the second route.

I got two calls from him today itself.

Do I go to the nearest police station that covers my house? Or do I have to go to the cyber cell for my city? I suppose regular police station as this is not a case related to internet?

I do not want to get my dad involved. I am considering calling my lawyer friend in the morning to check with him too.

I do plan to unblock his numbers, record all calls and keep a detailed log of all calls in case this continues to support the complaint.

you can approach cyber cell and give them all the phone numbers he's calling from.

since its a simple stalking case, they'll call him and warn him/ask him to come to station and warn him. or else they'll lodge a fir

I guess I would visit the station tomorrow and ask if they need actual evidence of the crime so that I set up call recording and stuff on my phone.
