How does MSDN Subscriptions work?

I want to know how the MSDN subscriptions work. My present company has provided an MSDN account which has all the softwares for download with more than 5-6 keys for each software.

Do these keys be valid when I leave the company and hence the company might close this account.
 
These keys will be valid forever. You're lucky that you got 20 key account, normally company's aren't supposed to provide more than 2 key account unless you're a network partner.There's a lot more you would like to know.
 
Congrats!!!! 20 keys wll not be for main softwares like win 7 , office 2010. But its awesome and direct downloads too 🙂
 
You get 20 keys for all versions of windows. I guess it doesn't include Office package. Only technet does.Each key has 10 activations. 20 x 10 = 200 🙂
