How do i cancel static ip connection

In LCO city they aren't offering static ip now. I was using one static ip from past one year with 1 gbps speed without any recharge but eventually they cancelled that connection because I didn't recharged for a whole year 😂

@Irrepressible airtel has removed my adsl id from thanks aap as I was not Recharging bt my airtel fiber is still working though airtel has deleted my all account... How this can be possible..
