How Can I Share Tata Indicom Broadband?

hi, How can i share tata indicom broadband for two or more PCs with the help of Switch? What setting needed to be done?? my connection is " always on " type

There was a post on how to enable WiFi on Tata. You can use similar procedure to connect a router to Tata Indicom and connect a switch to router. If number of PCs is less then 4 then 4 ports that are available in Router itself will do the job.

why do i need router cant i connect modem and 3 pcs to the switch and get it worked from that

I think all PCs will need to login, and Tata might not allow simultaneous logins

login ? i didnt get it!! login through what? windows? i just switch on the modem and data comes through lan cable which is connecting the modem to pc.

Tata Indicom is provided by two ways one ethernet another dsl based.Your post indicates you have dsl one so it would work normally like any other dsl based connection(like airtel/bsnl/mtnl)so you could connect it to any kind of router(it's more refined one)/switch.
