How can i get new connection

I requested for a new connection on 5th december then contacted the customer care every week but they just keep escalating my request and no one contacts me for the connection. Then i made new request on 25th december and same story continues. my area pin is 131001 and reliance is available .Is there any other contact no./email where i can contact if no one responds to my requests,anyone else whom i could contact except the customer care?
