I converted my connection from 600C+ to 750 UL in January. The connection was converted on 13th of that month. Now from 1st-12th my bband usage is 815 MB. Now according to the details i am allowed to use 1024MB in the 12 days as i am alloted 2.5 GB for 30 days (2.5GB/30).
My bill came today and there is extra charge of Rs. 9034 as Bband usage. Can anyone explain this to me?
I have the oldest portal(the blue one). Following are the details that my portal is showing:

[*]Total Receive Volume(GB) - 107.969
[*]Total Volume(GB) - 114.298
[*]Total Duration(hour) - 529.25
[*]Sum Traffic Excluding Night Unlimited(GB) - 0.815
