High ping and packet loss on Reliance Broadband

Since i changed my plan to thunder 549, i am getting high packet loss, sometime 75%, also connection disconnects very frequently and then connects after 3-5 mins.
I facing this problem from last 1 month, i did complaint also but nothing changed. I play online multi-player games and its lag hard.

This is "normal" on the RCOM network during the day. 🙂
 
Yeah, lots of packet loss in the day. The connection works smoothly after 12 AM or so (but I still get frequently disconnected even in the night) -_-
