HFC Network - Possible Implementations & Living Exapmles

Hello! I am currently working on a couple of topics related to Data Communication and I've started from studying Hybrid Fiber Coaxial(HFC) Network. Well, fellows I need information from general perspective not much deeper technical. I googled it but couldn't find useful info. except pure technical material for geeks. I don't want to know the what the frame header size is but it's ok if it tells what equipment is used n where.Second I couldn't searcht any living example of HFC network. It doesn't mean HFC is not in use but no company put's its network topology on web for students to study.So, can u fellows help me to grasp HFC with a clear and broad concept.Thanks in Advance!
