Ok this seems to be like another "scam" scheme by Vodafone.
I remember earlier I used to get SMS like recharge with 51Rs and get 100Rs talktime. (dont remember exact figures)
But that was a trick. It was a lucky draw thing where you wud get anything between 43Rs to 100Rs.
I think I searched on web and most people reported that they got just 43Rs. (again dont remember exact figure)
So this "Hero recharge" also seems similar... if you are lucky - you get 20GB or u get 1.25GB!!

similar scam is going on in airtel aswell.As per airtel if you recharge with 292 you can get data btw 1.2gb to 10gb,

STD price is also INR 292..but i am getting 1gb 3G/ 4G data@ INR 165(OFFER FOR NEW CUSTOMER for 3 MNTH)..
But from last two week I am getting this msg that recharge with rs 292 and you can get data up to 10gb..
If the price with offer and without offer is same then I don't find reason to call this scheme a scam, its on the luck of customer what he gets.

It may not be a scam...but at least I tried 3 time and also promoted this offer in my frnd circle..none of us got any additional data...evn if 1 in 1000 gets some extra data still it's not worth it...
