When I went to the portal and clicked the HELP button it did open a Help page but individual clicks produced pages having only chinese characters ! Is BSNL planning to migrate to China? 🙂Ravi

Yes the help pages are in chinese. So if u need help either learn chinese(i am doing that now) or post here.
