Help Setting up BSNL Wings on ONT

Hi Guys, I recently got a BSNL Wings connection to set up with my local ISP (Maha Mediacom) Fibre Connection. I was able to configure the VOIP service part pretty easily and am able to make and receive calls. However, I am not able to hear any voice on the phone connected to ONT. I can hear the other phone ring when I dial a number but nothing once someone answers the call, eventhough the other person is able to hear me load and clear. I was wondering if this has something to do with CG NAT but the the calls work fine if made through a SIP Softphone on a phone/laptop connected to the same network. The ONT Model is Genexis Platinum 4410 and the interface is pretty similar to the Syrotech/Netlink Ones. Anyone has any suggestions on what could be going wrong?

So finally, I was able to figure out the mystery. BSNL Wings uses 2 separate servers for SIP Register (HP.voip.ims.bsnl.in) and Outbound (chd.sbc.ims.bsnl.in), both these servers are specific to my state and will vary for others, and also the port used for SIP is 80 compared to the standard 5060. Only the register server is mentioned everywhere and there is no mention about the Outbound server, I had to scan the personalised settings QR code for Grandstreem Softphone available on the NGN portal (ngn.bsnl.co.in) to figure out the Outbound Server and the Non Standard SIP port. Anyways, VOIP is up and running on my ONT now. 🙂

These should be your settings. You'll need to change your servers though (VOIP, SBC both)

Does it say "Registering" in the Service State all the time? Are you able to use it on the Softphone using the same Kerala Vision internet?

Yes sir, Service state always showing Registering, and i tested softphone working kl.voip.ims.bsnl.in:80

It usually shows registering continuously when its not able to reach the server

I have configured wings service on my Syrotech ONT. Outgoing to any phone works fine but incoming calls get dropped when I recieve the handset. any solution for this problem....??
