Hello friends, i hav took a new bsnl broadband jus few days back....iam using home 500 plan in which 2.5 gb for whole month and in night 2am-8am unlimited.the speed wich they r giving is 256 kbps upto 2mbps...they gave me siemens c2110 modem..their men came n fixed d modem n later i got ma userid and pass....whn i login during day tym, i.e, free tym, the speed is good and download speed is around 160 kbs but whn i login during night around 2.15, the speed at which my downloads r running is barely 10 kbs, iam so sad 🙁(..iam new 2 dis bsnl broadband, i dont understand d fact that y my speed is so less.....its been jus 2 days n prob has started ......Today i lodged a complaint and they said they will come at my place n will c abt d problem, i have also called 1500 and lodged a complaint there also...u knw 1 problem iam also facing is tht the connection link to broadband fails often ...i thn hav 2 reconnect ...thn again after sumtym it disconnects by itself, dont know wat its all abt....and manytimes whn i try 2 connect, it doesnt connect thn i hav 2 again unplug d charger n all n thn after sumtym it connects...........i dont knw wat is d problem....Pls help me guys....how can i get over d problem n how can i get 2mbps speed during night tym...thnx harry
