help regarding billing

my dataone connection (home 500) was activated on 19 august.Now, i want to know whether i will have to pay full rent(Rs. 500) for the month of august.Also will i i have to use my data limit(1gb pm) by 31 august( i dont have to waste any free downloads)

Your bill will be calcualted for the no. of days till the bill is issued and same for the data cap
