Help needed

I have registered for bsnl self care portal to check my data usage and after registering there, I got the username and password in 4 or 5 hrs. but I am not able to login with the credentials they have provided.
Please help

Only customer care can do anything provided you are entering the credentials right.

I am entering the credentials absolutely right and I have also contacted the customer care but the service is not satisfactory.
