Help needed

I just activated the Mcafee Antivirus from Sify but my bb client isnt detecting it. I have sify broadband client 2.8. I called the customercare they every time say me to uninstall and reinstall the bbclient every now and then. I have installed it over 20 or 25 times in my pc. The Customer care called me he asked what is the problem. I told him that iam unable to install the antivirus provided by them. At last he told me that he will send a field engineer. If the engineer fails then i have to reformat my pc. Strange sify!. So i want a favour from you people just give me the link to download the Mcafee Antivirus provided by sify.

I also asked customercare to give me link to Trend Micro 's office scan AV provided by sify.But they didnt respond

Just use AVG from www.grisoft.com

nop .. use supersify or easysify they dont need any stupid av to be installed by sify so u can use any av u want ..

Krish have u got ur AV check disabled by Sify? If yes, get it enabled back

some how download avg 7 and then start the sify client 2.8 or install 2.8... every thing will work fine.

I do 😉. But I am not interested in Sify's AVs. I use AntiVir.

I use it as well. Sify's McAfee plus Grisoft's AVG, if your problem persists maye you should call customercare.
