Help needed Tata wimax connection -stability aspect

I've been an airtel customer for the past 1.5 years and they have been excellent. Hardly any down time and even if it exists, very swift response usually. Now I do not have any airtel or bsnl in my new address but only TATA WIMAX. The signal strength came around 22. Is this reasonable? Most important concern for me is the stability of connection. On/off connectivity does not work for me as I have to work from home. Is there any parameter that can hint about that seamless connectivity during the installation?
 
Yes 22 is good singal but also check fro uplink signal also that should be also more that 20. if uplink signal is below 15 then u may experience the upload issue.
