help needed relate to change in home plan

I want to change my home connection from home 250 to home 500,is it possible to make the effective date of change from 8-11-07 (since I will not be at home ) how will be I billed for the first week .is it 250/4 + 500 till dec 8 ,or would have to pay whole 250+rs 500 till dec 31
 
Since Home 500 is 2.5GB (day) NU (free) 0200-0800 , you can change the plan from 1st Nov2007. There is no prorata basis for rental, and underutilisation /unused is not carried forward. If you exceed Dl limit you will be charged. as usual.

The saving is approx Rs 50/=( Rs 50 Home 250 ( sixdays) + Rs 400 Home 500 (24days), and you will spend more ,( if you are billed Under Home500 for full month,) going to BSNL/A.O, in transport cost/s telephone calls, asking for credit adjustment/s later !!!
