Guys iam planning to get a 512/2mbps connection from bsnl....I wanted to know dat how much speed will i get in KBps normally?????is dat a good choice????will i get speeds at 2mbps(256 KBps) constantly or just i will be hanging aroung 700-800kbps(90-95 KBps)??????plzzz anyone help me out>>>>>>>>?????????in other forums i read that users with upto 2mbps connectionon bsnl are getting decent speeds upto...240 KBps??? is dat true??? will i too get such decent speeds

You can get 30 kb/s to 240 kb/s on a 512kbps/2 mbps connection. The speed of dataone depends on many factors.1. The condition of wires between your phone and the tel exchange.2. The distance between your house and the exchange. Nearer the better.3. The Bandwidth allocated to your exchange and number of users logged in at a particular time.and so on...
