BSNL 3G Data Card can provide you excellent speeds , for a heavy downloader.But the prices are steep at 2500 for an unlimited connection.If EVDO signals are good stick to the connection.Reliance Broadnet rates are down ,499 - 300 kbos unlimited 75 minutes free calls649 - 600 kbps unlimited 150 minutes free callsAlso this is ADSL so you should get promised speeds.Its not known very popularly.Check it out.Regards
